About

I am an interdisciplinary researcher trained in medical technology, molecular biology, and biostatistics, working at the intersection of biomedical research, data science, and applied artificial intelligence.

My work integrates experimental and molecular approaches with quantitative and computational methods to address questions in biomedicine and public health. In 2026, I serve as ASM Young Ambassador to Honduras, supporting scientific outreach and engagement with students and early-career scientists.

In 2026, I was awarded first place in the BCIE Open Data Journalism and Research Contest for "Datos que transforman," an independent analysis of development financing using BCIE open data.

While my strongest background is in quantitative methods, I increasingly work within mixed methods frameworks, particularly in applied health research contexts.
